The task of the “Shop LED Lighting” project was to develop the most energy-efficient and functional lighting solution for BP Shops. Central to the requirements here were low diversity, future-orientated lighting concepts, flexible lighting systems, and ease of handling. Thus any possible changes in the outfitting of the shop had also to be taken into consideration, together with changing product selections and future changes in the bistro areas. The partner chosen for the realization of this futuristic lighting system was DIW Instandhaltung GmbH Austria, whose concepts best matched the requirements posed.
